      Oldham, Barbara (29 JUN 1937 ? 27 FEB 1988)

      Neillsville, Clark County, Wis. Mrs. Walter L. (Barbara) Oldham, 50, died at 4:07 p.m. Saturday at Neillsville Memorial Hospital, following a brief illness.

      Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the United Methodist Church in Neillsville. The Rev. Howard Ott will officiate. Burial will be in the Neillsville Cemetery.

      Pallbearers will be Frank Brunner, Gary Weirauch, Vern Mayer, E. J. Steiger, Steve Barrette, and Rick Szymanski. Iris Musil will be the organist for Corrine Armitage, soloist.

      Visitation will be at the Gesche Funeral Home in Neillsville from 6-9 p. m. Tuesday and again at the church Wednesday from 10 a.m. until time of services.

      She was born June 29, 1937, in Neillsville, to Albert and Mildred Miller. She graduated from Neillsville High School in 1955. She was employed at the First National Bank of Neillsville.

      She was married to Walter (Bunny) Oldham on June 23, 1956. They lived in Owen for one year and Curtiss for one year before returning to Neillsville. She was then employed at the ASC Office for several years and also worked in the office of attorney Norman Saracoff for nine years. She also had been employed at Production Credit.

      She was a member of the United Methodist Church and its Women's Group and the Hilltoppers Homemaker?' Club.

      She is survived by her mother, Mrs. Mildred Miller of Neillsville, her husband, Walter, three daughters, Mrs. Kevin (Kathryn) Brugger of Neillsville, Mrs. Raymond Sharp Immerfall of Marshfield and Rhonda of Neillsville, two sons, Douglas and Dennis, both of Neillsville, four sisters, Mrs. John (Deloris) Genterman of Marshfield, Mrs. Jesse (Patricia) Hagen, Judy Grap, and Mrs. Kasimir (Sandra) Kolano, all of Neillsville; three brothers, Albert Miller Jr. of Cincinnati, Ohio, Duane Miller of Marshfield, and Donald Miller of Owen, and six grandchildren.

      She was predeceased by her father, a son, Gary, and a brother, Bruce.

      Neillsville, Clark County, Wis. - Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Gesche Funeral Home for Albert R. "Pete" Miller, 79, Route 3, Neillsville. He died Monday at Neillsville Memorial Hospital.

      The Rev. William A. Noble, pastor of the United Methodist Church, will officiate. Burial will follow in the Neillsville Cemetery.

      Friends may call from 5-9 p.m. today and until time of services Thursday at the funeral home.


      Mr. Miller was born Feb. 8, 1902 at Whitewater to Mr. and Mrs. John (Mary Lauer) Miller and came to Clark County with his parents at the age of 9 months. He attended Catholic schools in Neillsville.

      He farmed in the town of Seif and also was a milk hauler for 16 years. He later was employed at the Kleckner Elevator for several years and also did construction work.

      He married the former Mildred King April 16, 1928. They celebrated their golden wedding anniversary in 1978.

      He was a member of the United Methodist Church.

      Survivors include his wife; five daughters, Mrs. John (Deloris) Genteman, Marshfield, and Mrs. Walter (Barbara) Oldham, Mrs. Jesse (Patricia) Hag en, Mrs. Judy Grap and Mrs. Kasimir (Sandra) Kolano, all of Neillsville; three sons, Donald Miller, Neillsville, Albert Miller Jr., Cincinnati, Ohio, and Duane Miller, Marshfield; three sisters, Mrs. G. R. (Alice) Shaghnessy, Franklin, Mrs. Katherine Shaw, St. Paul, Minn., and Mrs. Agnes Knutson, St. Cloud, Minn.; 27 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

      He was predeceased by a son, Bruce, and by five brothers and four sisters.

      Sandy D. Kolano, 53, Neillsville, died on Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2002, at the House of the Dove, Marshfield. Funeral services were held at 11 a.m ., on Saturday, Oct. 19, at the Gesche Funeral Home, Neillsville. The Rev. Mary Anne Conklin officiated. Music was provided by Eileen Zank, organist, and Jodi Rueth, soloist. Burial was in the Neillsville City Cemetery. Pallbearers were Jim Gelander, Mark Schultz, Jody Kolano, Jason Kolano, Jeff Kolano and Julie Kolano.

      Sandy Miller was born on Nov. 17, 1948, in Neillsville, to Albert and Mildred (nee King) Miller. She married Bish Kolano on April 8, 1967, at the Methodist Church in Neillsville. She was a lifelong resident of Neillsville, and she worked for many years at the Farm Service Agency.

      Survivors include her husband, Bish Kolano, Neillsville; three sons, Jody (Amy) Kolano, Portage, Jeff (Lora) Kolano, Edgar, and Jason Kolano, Neillsville; one daughter, Julie (Tim Fick) Kolano, Menomonie; two grandchildren, Nicole and Molly Kolano, Portage; three brothers, Albert (Nancy) Miller, Cincinnati, Ohio, Donald Miller, Thorp, and Duane ?Joe? (Dorothy) Miller, Marshfield; and two sisters, Delores Genteman, Marshfield, and Judy Grap, Neillsville. Preceding her in death were her parents, Albert and Mildred Miller; one brother, Bruce Miller; and two sisters, Barb Oldham and Pat Hagen.

      The Gesche Funeral Home, Neillsville, assisted the family with arrangements.
