Oldham and Daniel M. Oldham my sons $5.00) five dollars each, and to Daniel B. Stevens, son of Minerva J. Stevens, my daughter, five dollars ($5.00) 3rd I will and bequeath to the heirs of Thomas W. Oldham my son, to Mary Tabitha Huffman, my daughter, to the legal heirs of Avada Lusk my daughter and to Myrtle Wilhelms heir of Sierra Nevada Meyers my daughter share and share alike of the remained of my estate. 4th I request that the part paid to Thomas W. Oldham's heirs be placed in the hands of Della Oldham wife o Thomas W. Oldham and mother of his legal heirs as trust without any letters of guardianship. 5th I name J. C. Jolly as executor of this will and request that all be settled if possible without any process of law or court expense.
