Born Aug. 20, 1893, in New Paris, daughter of Andrew J. and Ann Elizabeth (Bertram) Crissman. Survived by husband, Emmett L.[ucas], and these children: Helen, wife of A.H. Oldham, Paducah, Ky.; Sylvia, wife of Willard Craighead, Springfield, Pa.; Robert A., Newark, Del., and Bert, New Paris. Also 9 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by a sister. Member of the Wesley United Methodist Church, New Paris. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at J. Ralph Mickle Funeral Home, Schellsburg, where funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Rev. Merle Leventry, officiating. Internment, Cuppett Cemetery, New Paris.
