Jan, I was going thought the David Hannah son the net and came across your name. It is one I recognize from marriages in the David Hannah lines. I am a descendant of DavidSr., David, Jr. William Bond, James Joseph and Ira Thomas. Have you had any luck pinning down David Sr's father? I have not. My theories have migrated (no pun intended) from James Hanna in Greenbrier to Joseph Hannah in Rockingham to perhaps he came from Ireland as a young man. Our oral family history has five brothers coming to America at the turn of the century, supposedly 1700. I am not sure how much faith to put in the accuracy of the oral story, although it is said to have come from David Sr's grand daughter in law Catherine Rhinehart. My grandfather referred to the "source" as his grandmother. It is good to see the Oldham family name. I would love to hear from you. I am located in Ohio now, my family is still in Pocahontas County. Dale Hollandsworth PS Watching the family migrate westward has been interesting. I have picked up a couple families in Washington and Vancouver from both sides of the tree doing ancestry research. How long have you been in Indy?
