      Virginia Soldiers of 1776, p 101. Abstract of the will of Ann W. Ewing of Northampton County, She mentions her niece, Susan Fisher. To her she gives the tract of land known as The Hopkins situated on the Warehouse branch of Nasawaddox Creek adjoining the lands of Joshua B. Turner and Edwin J. Fisher and others. Her niece, Juliet A. Fisher, her grandniece, Susan Hopkins Fisher, daughter of Frederick B. Fisher. To this last she gives her house and lot in Franktown where on she resided. Note. The grandniece, Susan was not of age. Susan and Juliet were the daughters of Miers W. Fisher. She appointed Meiers Fisher her Extr. Will made and signed 5 Feb 1853. Wit: John H. E. Smith, Montcalm Oldham. At Northampton Co. Court 13 Feb 1854 the will was proved.

      His common name was Montcalm. Montcalm was born on 20 January 18 15 at Northampton Co, Virginia. He married Maria Ann Harmanson on 3 December 1835 at Northampton Co, Virginia. John Ker and Wm. W. West were the securities on the M.L.B. of Modson. He was the ward of John Ker and she was the ward of Wm. W. West. They were married on 9 Dec 1835 by J. Lewis. Montcalm died on 13 July 1888 at Accomack Parish, Acc Co, Virginia, at age 73. He was shown as Montcalm Oldham Sr., who died in Jun 1888 of kidney disease at the age of 73 years. (Parents not listed). He was born in Northampton Co, and was married minister. (The informant was was not shown.). His body was interred at Conquest Chapel, Hallwood, Acc Co, Virginia.
