    • 1707 - Land on Jones Hole Swamp on the Surry County side which was deeded as a gift from Thomas Wynne to his daughter, Mary Malone, the wife of Nathaniel Malone. Jones Hole Swamp was located on the Prince George and Surry County border of Southwark Parish.

      Sue McClellan notes: He lived along the Prince George and Surry County border. He owned land in both counties where the Nottaway River, Stoney Creek and Sappony Creek were located. He had a total of 870 acres.

      1712 - cited by Prince George County for trading with the Tuscaruro Indians which was forbidden.

      1717 - was enlisted as a witness with regard to those who had encouraged some Indians to attack another tribe.

      1718 - was before the court for a suit brought against him by the Sapponie Indians.

      1721 - Nathaniel and Mary Malone deeded land to George Booth

      1732 - will dated January 1731/32. Probated Mar 1731/32 in Southward Parish, Surry County, Virginia
